We know how confusing it can be to have your animal processed, so save some time and money and bring 'em down to Galesburg Meat Company.  We process anything from a pig or a cow to wild game, lambs, goats, and deer.

The Process:

All packages are
labeled with your
name on them to
ensure you get your
meat back

All custom
processings come
with a sheet that
shows you exactly
what you have with
the weights.

First-
We can either come to your house to slaughter or you
can bring in the animal already slaughtered your self.  
(A small fee will be added for us to slaughter.)
Second-
We cut up your custom order just the way that you
like it. We also take new requests.
Third-
We label everything with the weights and your name
on it. Then, we vacumn seal it and put it in the freezer
over night.
Fourth-
We box it all up the next day and call you to let you
know your meat is ready.
