Our
Process
Processing - All packages are labeled with your name on them to ensure you get your meat back.
All custom processings come with a sheet that shows you exactly what you have with the weights.
First - we can either come to your house to slaughter or you can bring in the animal already slaughtered yourself (a small fee will be added for us to slaughter).
Second - we cut up your custom order just the way that you like it. We also take new requests.
Third - we label everything with the weights and your name on it. Then, we vacuum seal it and put it in the freezer overnight.
Fourth - we box it all up the next day and call you to let you know your meat is ready.
Animal
Processing
We know how confusing it can be to have your animal processed, so save some time and money and bring 'em down to Galesburg Meat Company. We process anything from pigs or cows to, lambs and goats. Unfortunately, we do not process deer anymore.
